Support Your Business With Expert Technical Representation

The Owners Engineer role can be short term or a longer retainer basis, where by a client can get technical support as if they were requesting it from one of their own team. Some of the areas that we represent clients needs, include:

Incident Investigation

Independently or as part of a larger team, Aidaptive brings technical, people and systems (Plant, People, Process) analysis skills to find the root cause of the event, and explain how it unfolded.

Only by addressing the root cause, are sustainable corrections made.
We apply these skills to every inspection we do – understanding that minor problems are often symptoms of a larger issue – something that is a blind spot to the business or beyond their current capacity to address.

We provide pragmatic advise and can assist in facilitating the correction of these matters.

Insurance is expensive, and many insurance premiums are increased to account for “unknown unknowns”.

Aidaptive can help attraction operators by providing independent assessment of risks and how they are managed, then working with their insurer to discuss risk exposure and competency of controls. This process works to remove some of those unknowns and assists in reconsideration of insurance premiums.

Insurers that wish to reduce their exposure, may sometimes seek independent assistance to help their clients reduce potential risk exposure – insurer loss reduction. Aidaptive provides this service to identify and quantify potential risks and develop the solutions to eliminate or mitigate these risks and the necessary framework to manage them on an ongoing basis.

Due Diligence

Buying / Selling or investigating – Due Diligence assessment provides strategic insights for your considerations and confidence in your decisions. Aidaptive looks at the asset holistically – identifying if the proposed asset is what you require, and how the asset requirements are supported by your business’s current capabilities.

Where gaps exist, we can define what is necessary to resolve these, or if they are unresolvable and the deal should not continue.

The purchase of 2nd hand amusement devices requires careful examination of the device history and records as much as its condition. Without a comprehensive operating and maintenance (including NDT) history, the device will not gain Australian registration.

Sometimes this information exists, but often replacement is required, and expensive to reproduce. Aidaptive can help in scoping this work and providing potential buyers with a clearer understanding of the real commissioning costs.
